Late Fall Recruitment Updates
 -  The list of verbals from Section Five continues to grow and more are sure to follow before the end of the year. The "Recruitment List" still shows both last year's graduates as well as commitments from the classes of 2012 and 2013.


Hilsdorf to Roberts Wesleyan, Swartzman to Air Force

- Gates Chili senior Steve Hilsdorf has announced his decision to play next year on the new Division II team at Roberts Wesleyan. The defenseman earned MC-2 All league honors last year and played for the FCA young guns team in 2010. Rocky Delfino, who most recently led the MCC Varsity for nine years has been selected as the first Head Coach for the program which will field its first team this spring. He will be assisted by long-time Irondequoit coach John Pratt.

McQuaid Jesuit junior, Josh Swartzman has given his verbal commitment to the US Air Force Academy. Swartzman spent his summer playing on the Adidas Underclassmen All American Northeast Syracuse Team and the Blaze Rising Junior Team. The Air Force Academy has attracted a host of Section Five players in the last few years. Playing on the Air Force team now are junior goalie Austin Fox (Thomas) and freshmen James Burke and Alex Kober (both from Pittsford). 2010 Pittsford All American Joe Dupra is planning on transferring to the Academy next fall as well.

  


Troy Crevier Selects Cortland, Alex Davis to Hamilton

- SUNY Cortland picked up yet another recruit for the class starting next fall when Webster Thomas midfielder Troy Crevier made his decision last week. The current senior had 27g-12a last year, his second as a Varsity Titan.

Victor senior Alex Davis has decided to play at Hamilton College. The two time Monroe County (d-2 in 2010 and d-3 in 2011) All League defenseman played on the Blaze Rising Senior team last summer.
