For the second year in a row, the Rochester team won the Adidas National Tournament, sponsored by Adidas. The second year tournament was held, this year in Maryland and featured twenty teams.

The Rochester team, coached by Craig Whipple (Irondequoit) and Andrew Whipple (Pittsford) won all seven games, capped by a 5-2 win over the Washington DC team this afternoon.

Team members: Deven Alves (Canandaigua), Ian Brooks (Irondequoit), Greg Coholan (Irondequoit),James Cunningham (Fairport), Gary Davis (Orchard Park), Joe Dupra (Pittsford), Jack Hinderland (Thomas), Derek Kehoe (Carthage), Alex Love (Salisbury - Geneva), Ryan Martin (Schroeder), Justin Mcliverty (Pittsford), Mike Messina (Aquinas), Brian Murphy, Tyler Nash (Irondequoit), Shawn Needham (Hamburg), Pete Noto (Schroeder), Gannon Osborn (Canandaigua, Brendan Saylor (Fairport), Randy Staats (Canada), Kyle Stanney (Canandaigua), Ty Thompson (Salmon River), Kenny Tomeno (Thomas), Adam Trombley (Penn Yan), Torin Varn (Ithaca) and Tyler White (Corning East).

Next up: The Brogden Cup between the Rochester team and Team Canada, which will take place later in the year.
