June 14, 2008 - The All league awards for Monre County, Finger Lakes and Grall have been awarded, as has been the All Tournament Teams.

7, 2008 - The All
Star list is out recognizing the Monroe County League players for the 2008
season .Senior attackmen Connor Rice (Penfield), Greg
Wright (Irondequoit) and junior Drew Coholan (Irondequoit)
were selected as USLAcrosse All Americans. Senior defenseman, Kevin
Randall from Penfield was selected by the Monroe County coaches
as the 2008 USLacrosse Academic All American.

Finger Lakes Awards - 2008

9, 2008 -
The All Star list is out recognizing the Finger Lakes League players for
the 2008 season. Senior goalie Scott Bement (Canandaigua)
and senior defenseman Dana Wilber (Penn Yan) were selected as USLAcrosse All
Americans. Senior defenseman, Evan Roth from Canandaigua
was selected by the Finger Lakes coaches as the 2008 USLacrosse Academic
All American.

GRALL Awards Announced
(June 1, 2008) - The
All Star
list is out recognizing the GRALL players for the 2008 season. Mitch
Ritchie from McQuaid Jesuit was selected as "Player of the Year" for
the second year in a row. The GRALL coaches selected senior midfielder Marc
Brondon from Aquinas as the 2008 USLacrosse Academic All American
and the Sportsmanship award went to Bath. The

2008 All Tournament Teams
(June 6, 2008) - All Tournament
Teams have been announced for 2008. MVP for A, B and C were Marshall
Johnson (Canandaigua), Jim Warner (Geneva) and Matt
Osgood (Penn Yan).
Conor Rice (Penfield) was named Section Five Offensive Player
of the Year. Scott Bement (Canandaigua) was named Defensive
Player of the Year and Andrew Knoblauch(Canandaigua) was
named Sportsman of the Year.
Irondequoit High School received the Sportsmanship Award from
the Genesee Valley Lacrosse Officials Association. The

2008 All Greater Rochester Team Selected
(July 4, 2008) - The Rochester Democrat and Chronicle has announced their second AGR Lacrosse team, with Player of the Year honors going to Canandaigua goalie Scott Bement. Canandaigua Head Coach, Ed Mulheron was named AGR Coach of the Year.
