Friday - Adirondack over Hudson Valley 10-5
 -  Hudson Valley took a 3-1 lead into the second quarter but were outscored 9-2 in the last three quarters on their way to a 10-5 loss to Adirondack.
  
Matt King opened up the scoring at 6:01. The next goal, assisted by Joe Marasco, was scored during an extra-man opportunity. Kevin Gordon found the back of the net on a outside shot. Sam Bradman, who finished the game with 2 goals and one assist, scored the next goal on a straight drive from the top of the restraining box. The final goal of the quarter was scored by Marasco with only 0:29 remaining.
  
Adirondack took off in the second quarter scoring three goals in a row to take a one-goal lead. Bradman scored his second and was joined by Aaron Lupo and Daniel McKinney. McKinney led all scorers with three goals in the game. The end of the half came and ADK was still leading 4-3.
  
Marasco came back scoring his second goal of the day to tie the game at 4-4 with 6:16 remaining in the third quarter. This was as close as Hudson Valley got as ADK scored the next four goals including McKinney’s second, Lupo’s second as well as Steven D’Amario’s first and Matthew Crimmins only goal of the game. King struck again (assisted by Marasco) to take the score to 8-5, but ADK scored twice more to end the game. McKinney scored his third on an outside rocket to the top shelf, while D’Amario scored his second on a feed from behind which was followed by a quick inside dodge.
  
ADK’s Ryan Quinn won 9/14 face-offs (64%). Michael Bonitatibus and Chris Latino split halves in the cage with Bonitatibus facing 9 shots with 3 saves (33%) and Latino facing 8 shots with 4 saves (50%). Ian O’Brien played the entire game for Adirondack facing 15 shots and recording 10 saves (66%).
  
Additionally a majority of the Adirondack goals came from unassisted goals (80%) and were result of one-on-one drives to the goals and not the teamwork that one comes to expect in the tournament.
