- Thomas and Rush-Henrietta move up in Class
A and everyone else remains the same after
the last week in the regular season.
In the top on Class A Penfield,
Fairport, Schroeder and CA remain in 1-4.
Rush-Henrietta's win over Irondequoit earns
the Comets an HM while Thomas moves into
number 5.
Brighton added two wins
and teams 2-4 each lost to strong teams,
so there were no changes this week in the
Class B list.
There are no changes in Class C. Penn
Yan remains tops on our list and
on the NYS poll as well. We are watching
closely the Aquinas and Waterloo games this
week. If they meet on May 30th (in the semi
finals) we would find it hard to pick a
winner, but first they must win their quarter
final games this week.
Sectionals begin on Tuesday. The quarter
finals are on Friday at the high seed's
sites.
