- Penfield replaces Fairport after their
showdown last week and HFL makes the list
as the result of their win against Brighton.
Penfield and Fairport have now split, and
Schroeder and Fairport have split. Penfield
will play Schroeder this week in a big league
game.
In Class A, Penfield made
their case with their 11-8 win last week.
The Patriots can hold on to the spot with
wins against Schroeder and R-H this week.
Brighton lost to both HFL
and Thomas this week, but there are few
common games among the Class B teams. As
the Barons beat Geneva and Victor lost to
Geneva, we will keep the order, but added
HFL in recognition of their win. The Cougars
get another shot at Thomas this week.
There are no changes in Class C. Penn Yan
was listed as the top team, statewide in
Class C. We agree.
This is the last week before Sectionals
which start on Tuesday, May 23rd.
