Preseason 2006 - Livonia
 -

LIVONIA
updated s5 - Livonia went 2-4 in the GRALL last year, placing them in 2nd place after McQuaid Jesuit and Aquinas tied for first. They finished 7-10 over all and earned GRALL sweet 16 honors for four players including Josh Hendrickson (mid), Scott Mosher (att/mid), Chadd Britton (mid) and Shane Moran (def).livonia1

The Bulldogs were seeded 6th on the C-side of the B/C bracket and finished there after a first round loss to Waterloo (16-3).

Livonia only lost five players to graduation, including two of it's first line midfielders; Josh Henderson (Brockport) and Sean Wright. Eight starters return and five have three years of varsity experience. Seniors Shane Moran and Andy Kurtz return in the defense and in front of Aaron Jamison in the goal. The two others, Chadd Britton and Brian Mosher in midfielder are also seniors and will combine with junior Brian Sciera and senior John Dalberth to form the nucleus from last year and the core for this year.

The Bulldogs have a full 18 game schedule, the maximum allowed by the State, and no game is out of their reach. Outside of GRALL, they have games scheduled with Victor and Rush-Henrietta which may be among the toughest out of league games. They will open with Newark and Athena/Odyssey in March.
