A Number of Cancellations Thursday |
April 5, 2007 - Most games scheduled for today were cancelled as cold temperatures and intermit ant snow was offset
by moments for bright sunshine.
It
was Pittsford over Hilton on a cold and windy afternoon was
the 9-2 winner in the game played at McAvoy
Park.
Scoring for the Panthers were Jeff Milano-Johnson (3g), Doug
Milano-Johnson (2g-2a), Chris Kist (2g-2a), Matt
Scherer (1g), Connor McDermott (1g). Brendan Green played 3 quarters
and made 3s/1ga (75%). Sam Dupra finished
the game, recording 4s/1ga (80%) for the Panthers (2-2).
Hilton's
first goal come on man up in the second quarter when senior Kyle
Hayward scored with an assists from
junior Colin Walker. Jon Graus scored an unassisted goal in the
4th quarter for Hilton (1-2). Goalie Aaron
Donahey made 14 saves in the game with several shots from point
blank range and ended with 14s/9ga (61%).
No Report from Irondequoit (11-5) over Ithaca.
