April 19, 2005 - It was Irondequoit over Gates 13-2 in this makeup game
at Irondequoit on Monday. The Eagles took a 7-0 first
quarter lead and ended the half up 9-0. Nine different
players hit the scorebook.
Freshman attackman Greg Wright was the scoring leader
with 3g-1a. Junior attackman Joe Parker added 3g and Derek
Pino and Cory Bottiglier each added 2g-1a for the Eagles.
Senior middie Aaron Bottazzo and junior middie Mickey
Haight added 1g-1a while sophomore middie Kevin Coholan
scored a goal. Sophomore Andrew Hart added 3a and Nick
Kane added 1a for Irondequoit (5-3).
Both goals for Gates Chili came from sophomore attackman
Andrew Hilton. One was assisted by junior middie Kyle
Lynah. Sophomore goalie Dave Belliaiva had 13 saves for
Gates (0-7).
