Landrigan Brothers Decide on Alfred University

David Bird Canandaigua Academy senior brothers, Kyle and Zach Landrigan have announced their decision to attend Alfred University where their father and uncle were both stars for the Saxons.

Kyle, an attackman will begin his second year on the varsity this spring as will his brother Zach, who is a midfielder.

Their father, Dan Landrigan also played for the Braves before his collegiate career at Alfred (1992-95) where he played in three consecutive NCAA D-III championships.

Their uncle, James Landrigan was a midfielder for the Braves and then the Saxons and played on the last team to play for Alfred in the NCAA tournament.

Alfred University has benefited from many Section Five players. This year, of the forty-five players on the roster, twenty-two are Section Five alumni.
