Saturday: Four Out of Section Wins for Section Five |

All four out of section games today were won by Section Five teams. Fairport beat West Genesee (Section III) 10-1, Webster Thomas defeated Ithaca (Section IV) 19-8, HF-L was the winner over Eden (Section 6) with a score of 12-4 and Penn Yan defeated Carthage (Section III) 18-4. Section Five has now won 76% of out of section games (13Wvs 3L) See the whole list here. In other games Wayne beat Newark, 14-9 and Marcus Whitman beat Midlakes 9-8 with senior starting goalie Merritt Bailey scoring 5g-1, while out of the nets.
