LAST YEAR

2012 SEASON

The Blue Devils experienced a nearly identical performance in the 2012 as they did in the 2011. Brockport finished the year with a 4-13 record under first year Head Coach Joe Sidari. They placed seventh in Monroe County-D3 after posting a 3-11 record with wins against the Greece teams. They were seeded eighth in the Class B tournament but lost to ninth seeded Brighton 6-11 in the out bracket round.

Offense was hard to come by for the Blue Devils with only two players scoring twenty or more points. The four players scoring at least ten points were all seniors. Ben Madafferi led the team in goals, assists and points with 26g-9a (35 pts). Bill Russell shared in the assists leadership and he finished with 11g-9a. Senior midfielders Markell Collins (14g-1a) and Nicholas Piano (6g-7a) were among the four. Senior goalie Hunter DeLany had the vast amount goal time and was credited with 203 saves (53%). Senior defenseman Carlos Ross led the defensive group and was named to the second team All-League list.
