Face Off Star, TD Ierlan to Albany

TD Ierlan The Victor to Albany connection continues as rising junior TD Ierlan announced his commitment to study and play lacrosse at the UNiversity at Albany. He will be following previous Victor standouts, John Maloney and Mitch Rupp.

Winning 344 face offs last season (82%), TD was selected to the First team All-Section Five list and has been twice named to the Class B All Tournament team. This year he was received first team All League honors (MC-d2) and was named to the the first team All Greater Rochester list by the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle. He was also named a Connors and Ferris Player of the Week (May 6th) and to the Daily Messenger All Star Team.

In the off season TD has played for the Rochester Flyers Lacrosse Club team. He was selected to play for the Under Armour Upstate team. TD played twice as a Brine High School National Lacrosse All American and played in the National Lacrosse Classic All Star Game.

Before choosing Albany TD also considered Hobart, Towson, Rutgers, Syracuse, Penn State, Ohio State, Maryland, and Loyola.
